According to the Alzheimer's are a type that causes problems with memory, thinking, and behavior. Symptoms usually develop slowly and get worse over time, becoming severe enough to interfere with daily tasks.
According to the Alzheimer's Association, Alzheimer's disease accounts for 60 to 80 percent of cases. Alzheimer's disease is not just a disease for the aged, it is not a normal part of aging and there are some people who experience early onset of the disease. Caring for a loved one with this disease can be very difficult both emotionally and physically. Our staff is educated to assist your loved ones with the difficulties they experience with activities of daily living due to a decline in health.
Our caregivers will provide the quality care your loved one needs to feel safe and comfortable at home as they experience the changes through the different stages of aging. At Care For You, we understand this journey will be difficult therefore we also provide family members with resources and support to assist in understanding the changes their loved one is experiencing in order to make this journey an easier one both emotionally and physically.
